On April 29, popular shawarma brand "Turks" has released a promotional video featuring John Lloyd Cruz.
The actor can be seen wandering around and exploring different places. As expected, the much-anticipated commercial was well-received by John Lloyd's excited fans.
The commercial titled "Ang Nagbabalik" already garnered more than 71,000 views on Youtube just a day after posting! The comments section was plagued with excited remarks from John Lloyd Cruz's supporters, who were excited to see the actor in a fresh new ad.
Weeks before this, several artists have already hinted John Lloyd Cruz's comeback. On Instagram, Bea Alonzo and Piolo Pascual also hinted the actor's reappearance in the limelight. In fact, Piolo even welcomed his 'brother' to the family, referring to his endorsement with "Turks" as well.
The promotional video is the actor's first-ever public appearance since he took an indefinite leave of absence way back October of 2017. This sudden decision has left many fans sad, but hopeful that the actor will eventually have a change of heart.
On the other hand, John Lloyd's partner, Ellen Adarna, also stunned her fans with her latest beach photos a year after giving birth. Does this mean that she is ready to get back in the show business too? As for now, all we can do is wait.
